Architected end-to-end systems for enterprise platforms handling millions of daily requests, spanning server provisioning, CI/CD pipelines, high-throughput APIs, intuitive user interfaces, and LLM/RAG integrations.

• Built and scaled the backend for an internal enterprise field operations app serving a nationwide FMCG distributor, sustaining millions of daily requests with sub-100ms response times and providing consolidated visibility over tens of thousands of stores
• Engineered nightly cron pipelines and asynchronous SMTP export jobs to synchronize tens of thousands of records with internal systems, eliminating manual reconciliation and unblocking critical workflows
• Designed a webhook routing middleware where partner apps register as OAuth2-authenticated listeners, sustaining high-volume integration calls and guaranteeing zero data loss through automatic retries
• Delivered a voucher distribution campaign dispatching 50,000 unique codes via the official WhatsApp Business API, utilizing pessimistic locking and explicit transactions to guarantee zero double redemption under concurrent load
• Built a payment disbursement service on Midtrans Iris for a product launch guarantee program, enforcing one claim per verified phone with row locking, explicit transactions, and request throttling to block fraud and abuse
• Streamlined delivery by provisioning self-hosted GitLab runners and wiring Dokploy staging previews into GitLab CI/CD, automating deployments without manual intervention

Skills: Django, Laravel, PHP, Python, Next.js, TypeScript, Prisma, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Docker, Redis, GitLab CI/CD, Dokploy, OAuth2, Midtrans, WhatsApp API, New Relic, Linux

Developed full-stack web applications, multi-tenant commerce platforms, and AI-integrated community systems, focusing on clean API design, scalable serverless architectures, and reliable data delivery.

• Built a multi-tenant commerce monorepo utilizing a unified API to serve isolated storefronts, relying on middleware-level context scoping to separate brand data without the overhead of maintaining multiple databases
• Re-architected a web platform with externalized storage abstraction and framework-level caching, improving content delivery speeds and simplifying localization routing
• Implemented rich-text administrative interfaces and automated image delivery pipelines, allowing editorial teams to manage and publish content independently without developer intervention
• Developed real-time serverless backends leveraging reactive database subscriptions, enabling live data synchronization for community forums, notifications, and marketing campaigns
• Integrated LLMs and vector search databases to build a RAG-based chatbot and automated content generation pipeline, reducing the manual effort required for asset creation and community support

Skills: Next.js, TypeScript, React, Tailwind CSS, Prisma, Node.js, Convex, Playwright

Engineered backend services and data workflows for an enterprise field service and spare parts management CRM, optimizing Microsoft SQL Server queries, orchestrating multi-tier ticketing lifecycles, and automating parts requisition workflows.

• Optimized heavy ticket status queries across core repository layers by refactoring repeated 3x subqueries into single derived-table LEFT JOINs, slashing per-row query execution by 67% and drastically cutting database load on Microsoft SQL Server
• Re-architected multi-tier ticket distribution lifecycles and event audit logging across field engineers, supervisors, central dispatch, and helpdesk teams, eliminating race conditions and duplicate event generation
• Engineered dynamic multi-tier spare parts requisition workflows, automating location-based approval routing between regional branches and central operations while synchronizing inventory fulfillment with ticket closure states
• Developed REST APIs powering mobile field service operations, implementing secure attachment delivery, active assignment filtering to eliminate duplicate technician job feeds, and real-time messaging room sorting
• Built bulk import/export pipelines for equipment registries and spare parts catalogs with strict schema validation and uniqueness constraints, preventing dirty data ingestion across enterprise master records

Skills: Laravel, PHP, Microsoft SQL Server, REST API, Redis, GitLab

Delivered backend systems powering education, F&B, and enterprise platforms from architecture design to production deployment.

• Architected and deployed the backend and CMS for an Islamic boarding school management app, handling digital tuition payments and student academic tracking
• Engineered a POS and ordering system for a restaurant with real-time order synchronization, payment gateway integrations, and delivery tracking
• Built a multi-feature enterprise platform (polling, loyalty programs, broadcast) powered by Laravel, Redis caching, and MySQL

Skills: Laravel, PHP, MySQL, Redis, GitLab, Git, Firebase

Maintained and extended a full-stack system for a government health center (puskesmas), building modular features, CMS dashboards, and high-performance operational workflows.

• Engineered new modules for patient electronic records, transforming paper-based workflows into a structured, searchable digital system
• Developed administrative dashboards giving staff consolidated visibility and control over operational data and scheduling
• Optimized database queries for data-heavy administrative views, reducing page load times for internal staff

Skills: CodeIgniter, PHP, MySQL, GitLab, Git
